Crystin is very sincere and passionate when it comes to advising. She spent a great of time understanding 13 of my policies from different insurers, collate, summarised and present it to me as a timeline/timeframe. After seeing the big picture then we zoom into area which I am lacking or area where I overdid. I always felt FA are salesman but every meeting with Crystin felt like a good friend I've not seen in a while!
